Forequarter (Cow) Butchering Class

Peter - 55 years in the food industry. Started cutting meat at just 4 years old, learning from his grandfather and uncle, both full-fledged butchers.

Julio - In the food industry since 2014, specializing as a butcher for the past 7 years.
