1/11 FOREQUARTER OF BEEF– Featuring butcher ADAM TIBERIO breaking down a forequarter of prime beef into retail cuts. Adam has extensive experience at all levels in meat processing from the slaughter house to the dinner table. $125 BYOB and 25% off any meat purchased during the event
2/3 SAUSAGE CLASS– This hands on class is sausage making start to finish, that includes taking some home! Cut, grind, season and stuff sausage with the pros at the Darien Butcher Shop, great for small groups BYOB and come hungry we have plenty to nosh on
COOKING CLASSES-Peel slice, sauté, braise, stuff and eat at DBS cooking class. Ages 12-16 The class is $300 and it is every Tuesday in January (7-14-21-28) it starts at 5 and includes dinner!
